About The Little Market Shop
Welcome to The Little Market Shop.

My name is Tony Hope, and I founded The Little Market Shop after spending more than ten years working in business development within Ireland’s technology industry. Like many people, I dreamed of building something of my own—something more personal, creative, and meaningful.
That opportunity arrived during a trip to Thailand with my father.
While travelling, I met several small family-run manufacturers and local fashion buyers who introduced me to beautifully crafted silk, cashmere, and pashmina scarves. Their quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail immediately stood out. I returned home with a suitcase full of scarves, a head full of ideas, and the inspiration to start a business.
What began as a small experiment has grown into The Little Market Shop—a travel-inspired online store offering carefully selected products from trusted suppliers and independent manufacturers around the world.
